Hosting provider THE·Hosting has decided to remind the market that even heavyweight servers occasionally go on a diet. As part of a limited-time campaign, the company is offering a 25% discount on its Black Pearl dedicated server configuration in the United States.
The offer is valid through April 28, 2026. The promo code PEARL25 is required to unlock the reduced pricing. After that date, the configuration quietly returns to its regular rate €250 per month.
What’s Behind the Black Pearl Name
Despite the cinematic branding, the hardware is strictly business. The configuration is built around dual Intel Xeon E5-2697A v4 processors, delivering a combined 32 cores and 64 threads. Supporting this is 128 GB of RAM and two 960 GB SSDs, configurable in RAID 0 or RAID 1—depending on whether performance or redundancy wins the internal debate.
On the network side, the server is connected via a 10 Gbps port with unmetered traffic. At this level, the expectation is simple: if something slows down, the bottleneck is probably elsewhere.
This setup is clearly aimed at projects where downtime is not an abstract concern. High-load web applications, large-scale databases, backend systems, and infrastructure-heavy services all fit the profile. In such environments, stability is less of a feature and more of a requirement.
